Archana Nadkarni is the CEO and responsible for the company’s overall operation and management. She has been an inspirational force in providing strategic leadership, guidance and direction to the company. She is a digital banker with over 25 years of experience in managing end to end customer experience in banking and hospitality industry.
Archana’s vision is to make pet ownership manageable and a fulfilling experience. She aspires to create a holistic digital pet ecosystem. Encouraging startups and women entrepreneurship in the region is an important part of her ideology for Flooff.
Jasmeen Bhirani is the Project Consulting Director who is responsible for the overall strategy and smooth functioning of pet rehoming and the pet wellness division of Flooff. With over 15 years of practice in rehoming and rehabilitation of rescued pets she will oversee the wellness and governance of their placements.
Jasmeen Bhirani was the Co-founder of SNIFF Middle East,, which is currently awaiting a license approval from The Community Development Authority (CDA). She holds 20 years of work experience within Media, Public relations and Communication in the Middle East and has held key positions with Print & Television and Real Estate.
